Tuesday Tips- Reaction Drills

Got a reaction ball? We found some awesome drills for you to try at home. We especially like the ball toss starting at 7:39. Check it out!

Other variations to use:

  1. Use a regular lacrosse ball and toss from behind. Only move after the ball bounces once.
  2. Use two different colored balls, have the tosser call out the color they want the chaser to stop on the bounce.
  3. Put numbers on balls, have the chaser call out the number as they go to catch the ball.
  4. Start on knees or lying down and force chaser to stand up and react
  5. Compete against a partner to be the first to grab the ball
